Uganda and the World’s War on AIDS Failing Terribly

leave a comment »

This is a very sad piece on the failings of Uganda’s and other African nations’ war on AIDS. Mind you, Haiti is not far behind Uganda and these other African nations ravaged by HIV/AIDS in terms of the lack of adequate treatment, government corruption, poverty, and famine; all major factors that have contributed to the dire situation across the African diaspora. The Haitian government and the UN should keep their eyes focused on the HIV situation in Uganda and Africa in general as a blueprint for what not to do during the rebuild of Port Au Prince.
